For time:
50 Pullups
50 Pushups
50 Situps
50 Squats

My results

Did 35 pull ups with blue and red band combined, finished 15 with green band.

Did 20 pushups as rx, did 30 on the knees

Time was 12:20

I’ve been lapsing in recording my performance for the last few days.  I think it’s because I think I simply don’t have time to do it and then I promise myself that I will do it during lunch and I never do.  So from now on, I am going to try to write on this blog as soon as I return from the gym.  After all, how will I know that I am getting better if I don’t keep track?

I felt tired during the workout. I’m not sure if that is because my legs were sore because of yesterday’s workout, (heavy back squats) or if I was just fatigued.  I am however wondering if I should start eating the Zone diet way.  In all honesty, it seems like such a lot of work but supposedly I will see better results in the gym if I do it.

I think I will definitely try to make an effort to get more in the “Zone” but I will have to dedicate a weekend to learning how to stick to it.
